Vibe mobile application on iOS or Android. By using Vibe, you agree to the collection and use of

create an account or use the app. This may include:

profile photo
- Preferences: music types and event categories you select
- Behavioral data: events you view, like, or plan to attend
- Social media information: your Instagram username (if you
choose to share it)

- City-level location data: used to show relevant events in
your area (we do not track your real-time location)

improve our services, communicate important updates, and ensure the safety and performance of the
app.

When you use Vibe, we may collect data that your device sends to us (known as “log data”). This may
include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system, app
version, usage statistics, and other diagnostic data. This information is collected to help us
analyze app performance, identify technical issues, and maintain security.

Vibe itself does not use cookies directly, but third-party tools or services we may integrate with
in the future (for example, analytics or authentication providers) could use cookies or similar
tracking technologies to collect information and improve their services. You will be notified and

At this time, we do not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we

Vibe is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13 years old. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided
us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal
requirements, or app functionality. We encourage you to review this page from time to time. Updates
will be effective immediately after being posted within the app.
